Lies

I placed an order during April and still was not delivered until end of August, I was understanding because of COVID-19 however when I do a follow up with regards to my order after so long waiting the just refund me, no explaining no apology, I would understand if this was the first time however this was my third order not being delivered that means they playing with people promising something they can't deliver.
