Incopentent business that's not governed by South African Consumer Protection Laws

I placed an order on Wish, my bank rejected the payment as they suspected it was *****, I called my bank to list wish as a credible supplier. I placed the order again, little did I know that wish had stored my banking details and they would collect from the bank again. I ended up with 2 orders when I want the last order. I tried so many times to get them to refund me and they had such complex complaint processes, they kept on redirecting me to a complaint tool that just doesn't work, their policy says complaints can only be handled through this tool. The order took so many months, I placed the order last year around July for a baby shower that took place in October, the order arrived after that, I did not even bother to collect it because I was so annoyed by then. I tried to cancel the orders and I was unsuccessful. They are *****s.
