Absolutely Pathetic - Have often heard that they are terrible, but I found a product that I needed and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. What a mistake. When shopping, the site claimed 3-6 days for delivery. A few days later I checked for for when to expect the item. Now listed as 'Shipped' with estimated delivery 4 June ( 2.5 Months ) from now ..... Problem is that I am moving provinces in 6 weeks and will not be able to receive in 3 months. Secondly the item I ordered is to be used for something I can't take with me and I'm trying to sell before I move. Tried to cancel my order and was told Sorry, can't cancel and there seems to be no way to explain the situation, other than to click on one or two of their very limited multiple choice options. Wasted a few hundred Rand, because there is no way to even receive the item. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM 'wish', you will regret it.
