I wish that Wish would honour their orders

I ordered a product from Wish on 24 October 2020 and when I made the order it indicated that I should receive it around 23 January 2021. To date I have not received it. I do not want my money back - I want the product as it was intended as a birthday gift. Has this happened to anybody else?
