I urgently need my refunt for the out of stock clothe I paid for in August already

I have bought clothes at Wish online shopping and paid them via eft. After paying a got confirmation that almost all of the items I paid for were out of stock. I have sent numerous proofs of payments and a copy of my ID but I still don't get updates on my order and my refund. Its is so frustrating to keep on getting automatic replies instead of speaking to supprt people. I urgently need my money back
