I recently purchased an unbranded cellphone from Wish. The phone was advertised as a 5G phone with deca core processor and other high end specs. On receiving the phone, I discovered that the phone did not live up to expectations, the camera was poor, the processor was slow, I couldn't download my banking app from Google playstore, just to mention a few shortcomings. I then contacted Wish customer support and mentioned my dissatisfaction with this product, and that I wanted a refund. After 2 weeks of constant communication with Wish via customer support, I am glad to inform that they refunded me in FULL. Hats off to wish. They keep their promises.
