I don't want to WISH again!!!

Placed order on 13 July 2018. Was supposed to arrive by 29 Aug 2018. I am still waiting (12 November 2018). I tried to get in contact with WISH but without any luck. Only now to get a response that I have missed the September deadline to reclaim my money. So I must place another order for my monetary value. Who in their right mind will do that AGAIN???
