Horrible service at wish

Good morning. I bought a product on wish which is a magical teeth whitining gel pen on the 27 of March 2020. They took my money plus the courier money the following day on my account. I have been waiting for my order since March till now. They promised me that my order will be delivered in July the 24 up to now i haven't received it. I can't even call them to do a follow up... Im really angry with that please help me
