Horrible Service

I made a purchase on Wish.com on the 16th December 2017 and subsequently cancelled the order (less than 30 min)...however I have not received a refund on all the items. I have sent emails but no one is getting back to me.

Their refund policy states 14 days to refund....it is so frustrating to say the least....I just need my money back. I will never use their services EVER and will never recommend them to anyone I know.
