Horrible service

I purchased four hairs wigs on wish in June. I was told I will receive them end of July. When the date came, I was told I have to wait until October to receive them. When I track the orders it says they arrived at destination hub in South Africa. Why must I wait for five months for my orders? I want my refund please. There's no personal connection, it's like I'm talking to a programmed robot that keeps saying one thing over and over when I ask about my orders. I am never using wish again. I regret purchasing.
