HELP

I placed a bunch of orders in May 2020, i knew that they would take longer to arrive due to the COVID pandemic, but every time the date of arrival comes close then it gets moved.... the dates on the wish app all show arrival in September it is now mid October and i have still not received any of my orders. This is NOT ON as i spend over R1000.00 on these items. I have sent emails and just dont receive any reply.....HELP
