They offer a good service overall. We just have to very patient when ordering, and order items that you do not need soon. Delivery can take anything from 2 weeks to up to 60 days. The nice thing is that if an item arrived damaged, or if it did not arrive at all; you get your refund or exchange. #BlackFriday
