********** who refuse to refund

I ordered some clothes from Wish in December 2019 and paid for. The delivery dates were approximately to be in February 2020. On a weekly basis an update was given to say they are on route until Covid19 came to SA having started in Huwan in China. Now they refuse to deliver nor refund me, hiding behind their 30 days return policy, when the entire world was on lock down
