False refund prolicy from wish.com

I ordered a 10.1 inch tablet on the 25th of January because they promised expected delivery on the 1st of February. When it did not arrive the expected delivery date was changed to the 23 March with the understanding that I could request a refund if it failed to arrive. As until now I am being stone walled with the refund request. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WISH, EVER!!
