False advertising

It was advertised that I would receive $10 for a Wish referral and that my referral would receive $5 discount if buying for $10 which she did. I did not get my $10 for the referral and when I complained about it, they said I would get $2, eventually I received $5. This is clearly false advertising and therefore they will loose both mine and my daughter's business for good. The also state that their products are up to 5XL, they are not! I order a 5XL and they dont even fit my daughter which is a medium.
