don't use Wish.com!!

Order made on 5 October 2020. Order was never confrimed by Wish.com, so I tried to have the debit reveresed. But my bank cannot reverse it unless I prove that i made the order. ***? Then suddenly, the order showed up on my Wish.com profile, saying deleivery would be in January 2021. Now, when I check, it has dissapeared again, and they claim no knowledge of the order. So, I still have no product and no refund. Terrible shopping site!!
