Do Not use Wish . com

I was just like everyone else recommended to buy from wish they deliver they refund all these great things fine I decided to buy a phone on the 11th may 2018 fine I waited my estimated date of arrival was 22june 2018 on the day no tracking number or communication to be as an update was received from my end instead I had to ask them where my tracking number is where my parcel is. They responded by telling me that due to public holidays and shipment places and such it should be arriving in the next 5days fine. they told me to wait till the 29th June 2018 same thing they didn't communicate anything no tracking number I asked them again where it is. they gave me a sack answer saying they are tracking it and they can see its close and I can either get my refund or wait for the phone. I asked them to give me the tracking system they use since they see where it is I wanna see it as well. why are they offering me a refund so soon seeing as they can see its close to arrival why are they offering that now. advice wish is the worst online shopping site to use. I've used a lot of site like it and they communicate better and my things arrive. I might get my phone I might not one thing I can say is I will never use them and three of my friends packages also didn't arrive. they fail at communication and delivery
