Disgusted wish.com customer

Hi, I've ordered bedside lamps from wish.com as Christmas presents for my daughters, 4 in all, at end December,2020. It took several months to arrive, and as yet 1 of the lamps hasn't arrived. Wish.com refuses to take responsibility, saying that they only give refunds within a certain period and we're out of that period. I have emailed them every month since december, and even informed them on 26March when half the order arrived Now the post office can't track the package using the tracking number for the rest of the order and wish has stepped away from refunding saying we aren't within the time period This is disgusting and it is the first and last time I use wish I'd still like to either have the package retrieved by wish or be reimbursed by them
