Disgusted customer of Wish

I have had just about the worst experience with wish and their customer support. I purchased items in July. And I considered due to the covid19 it would take abit longer. Everytime I checked my items it had passed delivery date and no updates. I therefore asked for my refund and thus far I have not received any back. For over R1000 plus has been spend and these people don't have the decency to contact me or refund my monies. I am so disgusted I feel I have been ****** in broad daylight.
