Disappointment with Wish.com Online Shopping!

There is a hold placed on my Wish account. I really don't get any joy in resolving my issue. I have given wish the bank statement requested and informed them many times that there was no transaction on my bank statement because I bought the items with my wish cash. I just get a computer generated reply with the exact same words. I really just need to resolve this issue, but can see it is really a lost cause!!
