Disappointed customer.

I ordered 7 items with Wish on the 5th December, neither of all items ordered arrived. I sent them emails to voice my disappointment hoping they will give me an explanation. Instead I was refunded for all the items I ordered from them without reasonable explanation. It's heartbreaking to see other people get their orders from them, but with me it is a different story.
