I have ordered 2 items the middle of May when I ordered they said 5-7 days. When I paid I was told it has been shipped and I could not cancel or get my money back. Because I was told I would receive my order the 20th October 2020. The one being a winter coat that I would not use in October. I no longer need the items. And I need my money back that wish us in possession of. And when you try to track it. It is still in the port where it was shipped from ********.
