Delivered to somewhere/someone in the US, instead of my delivery address in SOUTH AFRICA!

I ordered 3 items off of their app. All suddenly being sent separately? One says it’s been delivered - not to my delivery address in SOUTH AFRICA, but to someone’s ‘porch/front door’ says the tracking service, in CHICO, CA, USA??? What a joke!! What a conn. Please do not support this business. It’s disgraceful how many people here never received their goods nor a refund. ****************.
