Delayed order by wish.com

I've since ordered five items at wish.co on the 1/06/2020 till today I haven't received my order, I have logged a complain with wish I've send them order numbers but nothing is happening yes I do take note of the delay due to Covid-19 pandemic but now it's long overdue as according to wish tracking my orders are at a courier services in South Africa but my problem is why can't I receive them. Please help
