Charging for same products more than once

We bought 3 products on Tuesday on the Wish app and were charged accordingly. On Wednesday evening another deduction for exactly the same amount went through and we didn’t do another order. This is not the 1st time this is happening. This is blatantly *****ing from customers. People should watch their transactions . I have also ordered goods and they asked if you have received, if you say no then they blame Covid for the delay (which one can understand) but later when you go and follow up they say you can’t have a refund because the time has lapsed to claim back!! Watch out !!
