Cannot access refund link

I have been trying almost a year to get a refund on an item ordered that was sent without a plug to plug into the machine

I have asked numerous time for new link to the refund page but the link does not work.

I keep getting a message to log in again and then the password does not work to the Wish mercant site. I have reset my Wish shopping site password 20 times already but still no luck

All I want is a refund or exchange so I can purchase a stepper motor / chuck that works
