Bad service

I have been waiting for an order that was supposed to arrive on the 11 August from Wish but there's still no delivery. And there's lot more that are also on shipping that are supposed to be delivered on 27 August but there is no track record showing where they are now. I did contact support and they promised to deliver during the corse of the week but still no sign of delivery. I'm so sad and disappointed, I have been waiting for so long for these items to delay like this. Please help
