Bad customer service

I ordered a diagnostic tool kit (Delphi ds150e) which comes with 8 cables for different vehicles.I waited a month before the order was delivered.On opening the package, i found the the unit and software was not in the package,only the 8 cables were sent to me.I have sent Wish.com numerous e- mails with regards to the delivery.To date i have not had any reply.They have even went to the extent off deleting my order history.
