BAD COMMUNICATION

<p>I've order 3 items and they were supposed to have been delivered by the end of May, and then later as in 7 June and now they "think" it might have been lost. They are so quick to offer a refund, why don't they rather look and see where the parcel is first as we don't order and go through all the trouble of paying and waiting in anticipation just to get a refund.</p>
