5 months waiting for my parcels

I have ordered clothes from Wish and I saw the prices were too cheap to believe them. This was in May until to date I still haven't received anything not heard from them. It is very disappointing as I am also unable to contact them through their website support hence I am asking for help from Hello Peter. I bought things to the value of R1200. If they can't give me the things I bought then, I need my refund.
