11 out of 25 Wish Products ordered were still not delivered after 9 months of waiting. No refund???

I have been cheated by Wish!!!! 11 of the 25 products that I ordered in August last year has still not arrived and they are refusing to give me my money back for the products that I haven't received. I have lost about R1000. Do not order from these people !!!! You also have to pay a fortune for "Customs" at the post office when you collect your products, They don't use postnet.
