Can't log in to online web site.. Keep giving errors???

Hi everyone. I have been with a online company called WIREX since they took over from ZEWANG... Crypto Currency and verified my account with them and recieved regular correspondence from them... I have been trying the past months to log in to my account with them but only get a technical error and it says to contact there technical team which I did and there support team but all in vain... I do have money invested with them and would like to withdraw my money in this difficult times we are.. Can anybody give me advice please. Thank you....
