Bad customer service by VMaq (Vhonani Makhado)

I paid Vhonani Makhado money to do a website for my business in February 2024 for the website to go live in March due to unforeseen circumstances with the photographer for website pictures we had to postpone the website launch. I then sent him pictures on the 3rd May and he promised the website will be done in few days, I later found out that he had not even started working on the website like he told me, 7July and I'm still waiting. He is not taking my calls or responding to my messages. I asked him to refund me but he is ignoring me. So disappointed in his services and zi wouldn't recommend him
