Impossible to cancel before trial expires

<p>I tried a trial of UseNext and gave my Credit Card details. They do not provide PayPal as an option. After I evaluated the service I attempted to cancel. Their Discussion Board is ****. You cannot register to have a discussion with other forum members or the public. To cancel you trial subscription you have to click through 4 pages of options, each trying to discourage you from leaving them. On the fifth and final page you are presented with an international telephone number to call in their working hours which rings FOREVER. After several days of trying different times of the day to cancel I gave up and waited to ask my credit card company to act on my behalf. The credit card company cannot help me. When I, by sheer luck today, managed to get through to UseNext the call centre agent was professionally unsympathetic. The result is that I now have an UseNext Account for a year that I have absolutely now use for and I'm out of pocket.</p> <p>I will NEVER recommend this organisation to ANYONE who is seriously only wanting to try the system out. There is NO Clear way of getting out of the trial. There is no clear way of guaranteeing that they will not take you money and there is no protection for the buyer at all.</p>
