Non existent service

From the first day their sales team was phenomenal and knew exactly how to secure the deal. However I feel I was setup for empty promises as I have raised multiple queries on their online ticket system, live chat and written emails. Each time their support staff point the finger to another problem without solving the query raised.

My honest opinion is that I have been taken for a fool and subsequently feel bul****. If I do decide to simply leave I suffer from a huge delay in our project. If I stay I might end up paying and never receiving the help I was guaranteed in the sales pitch
