I tried booking flights for 3 adults from George to Johannesburg in South Africa on the trip.com web site after arranging and attending my Father’s memorial. Tickets were never forthcoming, and at the time there was no notification as to funds coming off my credit card account, so I cancelled the transaction. I then booked through another web site. I then saw that an amount of R 6,554.40 came off my credit card account on 3/8/2021. We actually flew on 1/8/2021, yet the funds came off 2 days later and still no etickets were ever issued.

www.trip.com have refused to refund this amount stating the tickets were used when they were not.
