****** by trip.com and TAAG airlines

I booked a flight with trip.com and paid $1513.00 for my brother and uncle for a spring break weekend experience in Cuncun and when they got to the airport they were refused to board by Angola airlines maybe because they were black and not fit to travel to Cuncun.I called the airline agent (trip.com) to resolve the issue before the flight departed and they kept sending me from pillar to pillar until after 4 hours of waiting I was told that I can only cancel the flight and at no refund.Imagine $1513.00 dollars being ****** of me like that.Both Angola. Airlines TAAG and trip.com rob people of their hard earned cash for a service that was not used.
