Please don't use them

The airline has changed my flight times. The problem is the new flight times are going to make me miss my layover. I am flying on Thursday. They informed me on Monday. It is 24 hours later and I can only speak to a bot over messages because I can't find a contact number. If I get to message an agent on what is happening they say I need to wait as my information is sent to the airlines.

Please do not use them as I have a feeling they will over charge me to change my flights. Very bad service.
