Disgusting treatment

The worst company i ever came across. I won't advise anyone to use them. I booked my train tickets for my family and myself. Being in a foreign country i expected everything to go well. We got to the boarding gates and was told there is nothing on the system. We couldn't speak their language and had to download a translator. I had to buy new train tickets for the 3 of us because according to them on details were not on the system. We spent another R2000 for nothing.
