Tech Mania SA ****!!!!

Please be very careful of Tech Mania SA that is fronting as an Apple Distributor. We purchased 4 X Apple Airpods from them and found them to be ****. I have been trying to get my purchase refunded but they refuse to respond to emails since asking me to provide banking details for a refund. They have a whatsapp number that is non-responsive and seem to be the shadiest of companies around ******** innocent consumers into believing their stock is accredited Apple products. Please stay away from this dishonest company *****ing peoples money! If anyone has had any success getting a refund or contacting them, please let me know! I have reported them to Apple also and the Ombudsman
