Misleading and dishonest

This online seller advertised a product at no cost and even discounted the shipping charges by 100%. What they don't tell you is the product is free for 14 days thereafter they charge you the full amount. I called them on the day that the free period expired to say I have not received the product yet. They did not tell me that it is the last day before you are charged an amount of R 1564.73 for a product that had never arrived and I am unsure of when it will arrive. They now want me to call them when I receive it and then get a number and send it back at my own cost for them to refund me when they receive it back.

If this is not misleading the public and *****ery then I don't know what is. These people are daylight ******s and should not be allowed to continue doing this.
