Unhealthy Sphynx cats sold by Breeder in Gauteng

We bought a Sphynx cat from Altha Ferreira from www.sphynxcove.com; www.edmundo.co.za; www.petpalace.co.za; www.petsandthecity.co.za. The Sphynx kitten given to us was unhealthy and lived for just over 3 weeks. The kitten was scanned and examined by a Professor of Onderstepoort Veterinary Hospital less than a week after we bought him and was found with severe heart deformities and raspatory problems etc. The prognoses was very poor and as the kitten was suffering we where advised to euthanize it. We phoned Altha Ferreira and she said that Sphynx cats suffers from heart deformities and we should take our kitten to her vet. Her vet did no scans or tests, only listened to the heart and said it was enlarged but fine. It was not fine. We went back to him another 3 times and each time he said it will be ok. The kitten died in my arms just more than 3 weeks after we received him. We spend so much money on this kitten and really tried to save it but he was doomed from birth. This kitten was born with serious health issues. Altha Ferreira is refusing to refund us. She offered a replacement but how can we trust her Breeding practices? She is not registered and practices ********* and cruel breeding as her breeding cats are not healthy.
