Shoe repair just want more money

Good day I have send in my shoes for repair as the material started to unravel. I was told that when i bought the shoes that if there is a problem later we can send it in an it will be fixed. So i send my shoes in paid the courier cost and NOW i get a call to say i have to pay additional R250 to get it fixed. so Now i ask how is your after sales service ? Example: when I had a problem with my leather man, i send it in no problem and got it back with NO additional cost..... why ?, they have GREAT after sales service. I send my shoes from Cape Union in The Grove Pretoria and they have all my details about the shoes. I got the shoes and its a LOT of money. Now u want more..... this is not Funny Get back to me as i feel that you give the service to repair and now you want more and more money
