No delivery after 2 months, goods paid for already

<p>I ordered Skinny Mint Tea 2 months ago. After the first month, I contacted SkinnyMint.com and they apologised for not delivering. It is now 2 months after I placed my order and paid, and I still have not received any feedback. They don't supply the customer with a tracking number, which makes it impossible to track the goods. After complaining on both their social media platforms, I am yet to receive a response. I am ver disappointed. </p>
