Simplex - ********** company

This is a ********** company. I made a purchase online via their Facebook page on the 18th May 2021. I received a delivery update from Lorna on the 3rd June 2021 that my order is going through a quality check due to issues with previous deliveries and my order would be delivered within 2 business weeks. Well it is now the 3rd business week and still no delivery! Since the last update I have sent numerous emails and no response. I went to check their Facebook page and it no longer exists. How can we support South African businesses if we are being ****med by our own people. Very disappointed. I have seen a post on Hello Peter about this company with similar complaints.
