Runaako Not Delivering Correct Items After 25+ Waiting Period

I have placed an order for a Space duvet set - firstly they only sent me the pillow case. I have tried for almost a week to get hold of them, eventually they rep**** saying they will investigate which took another 2 to 3 days and found that their supplier was at fault - I was told the rest of my order will be delivered - having to wait another 10-25 days - it was delivered today and instead of the space theme, they sent me a monsters theme. This was a birthday gift for a little boy! He never got his present on his birthday (well he got a pillow case) now he has a non-matching duvet set. I am furious and totally disgusted and wouldn't even give 1 star if that was possible. I have requsted a refund and yet to get an answer. I DO NOT recommend them at all. It is not worth the waiting period. I demand my refund back
