Shocking refund took over four weeks
Tom! today is July 29, 2026. I requested a refund on July 14, 2026. We have three of your beds in perfect condition and and I made the incorrect purchase. I readlised my mistake late on the night of 14 July and I mailed your *** and I managed to get in touch with Abby – who has been most helpful. However, you have not responded to emails spanning over two weeks!
