Missed Deadline, No Contact

Was assured that an order would be delivered on time for use at a show, within 6 days. Leon at Printed Table Cloths www.printedtablecloths.co.za does not answer calls, will not answer emails, after promising delivery.

I have had to call for follow up and assurance that our POS display banners and table cloths would be delivered on time.

April 05 - Order Placed, Deadline for delivery April 12. Website Leadtime: 3 Days.

We are left in a situation where our staff are at an expo with no display signage or POS.

Owner Leon will not answer emails or calls. Exceedingly unprofessional service, will not recommend to anyone.
