Horrible Pool installation and Service

<p>I've had my pool now for a year and it is still not working. I was told that they have something like 30 years of experience, so I installed an invinity pool. It is a year later, they've been there about 8 times to try and sort out the valves and still my pool looses all it's water when the pump switches off. They had to come and reattach most of the cladding around the pool and all the cement between the paving has fell out already. I receive excuses as to why the pool is not working every single time, and the pool being dirty is being blamed which is not the case. It's been a year already, had to refill the pool many many times and the pool works manually where I have to manually start/open valves. Even the people who recommended them has had issues. I will suggest you rather use a different company.</p>
