Windgat plaasmeisie - very bad service and poor quality product

I had a horrible experience with the owner of Windgat Plaasmeisie. I ordered a pair of Vellies in Dec 2021. The owner informed me that it would take 4 weeks to fabricate. I had to follow up constantly on my order, not once did she give me feedback and when I requested feedback, she was very rude. Closer to the due date, the owner got extremely defensive and even threatened me with legal action if I were to post a negative review regarding the service I received.

When I received my order, it was not at all what I ordered and paid for. The shoe was at least 1 size too big, it was the incorrect colour and the finishing on the shoe was of very poor quality.

When I tried to contact her to arrange for me to return the shoes and request a refund, she blocked me on Facebook and whatsapp.
